Positives:
The shower and beds were fine; nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about.
The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous.
The options for leisure activities looked fun, but we didn't have time to use them.
Negatives:
Breakfast time and space were inadequate for the number of guests. They quit replenishing food well before breakfast closed and began removing options prior to the closing of breakfast hours. If you found somewhere to sit and eat, it was dirty, and you had to request someone to come clean. The options were the same, bland items each day, but "hot items" were cold if you arrived later in the morning.
The towels are small and not very absorbent.

Positives:
The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, coffee houses, and grocery stores. It was also fairly close to the high school our son played his tournament at. The staff was nice for the most part. The pool looked clean and the outdoor recreation area was nicely kept. The room had plenty of light, looked somewhat updated. There was a comfy chair with a little table that came in handy. The included breakfast was good. A good variety of items and the gentleman managing the area was on his A game. Never let anything run out. Plenty of parking.
Negatives:
The carpet going up to the rooms was very dirty. The area where the toilet paper went looked as if it haven’ hadn’t been cleaned out in quite some time. The water pressure wasn’t great but even worse was that the temperature kept switching from luke warm to scalding. The paper on the back of the bathroom door had mold on it so we didn’t use the towel/robe hooks

Positives:
Tia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We got there tired from our drive, but she made us so comfortable with small talk and helped with all of our needs. She recommended restaurants and was so helpful with all of the fun amenities around the hotel. She made sure to make us feel welcome and assured us if we needed anything, that all who was at the front desk would help 24/7 We would 500% recommend this hotel. The staff and cleanliness was more than we could ask for.

There was a white gooey substance on my pillow. ON. MY. PILLOW. The shower was cracked, the sink didn't drain and there was more of the unidentified white goo on the side of the nightstand. Not acceptable.

Positives:
Pool and outdoor sporting area. Mezzanine gaming tables. Free simple breakfast. Thoughtful and efficient staff. Convenient location. Bigger rooms with 2 separated sink and mirror areas. Overall very clean rooms and facilities even though they need some updating.
Negatives:
No elevator. Most rooms surround pool/play area so not quiet until that area is closed at 10pm. After that very quiet! My mattress leaned to the left. They need to start replacing them. Some older stains on the room furniture. They need to keep up on cleaning/ maintaining those.

Room was only lite by lamps so if you come to the room in the dark you have to run to turn on a lamp before the door closes. Also the breakfast was not great.
