Positives: Diane, at the desk, was welcoming and friendly, and happily got us into our room for an early check-in. Good first impression. Rooms were very clean and the bedding quite comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Negatives: We didn’t like the homeless shelter next door, but that really didn’t impact our stay. That property was messy and seemed out of place. I thought we would be within walking distance of downtown, but it really wasn’t .

Positives: The breakfast was adequate. The location was nothing special, although it was close to where we were spending the day.

Negatives: The room was dark and the furniture dingy. Looked like it was new in the 1970s. Didn't put my clothes in it. I requested an upper floor and, if possible, an upgrade. Unfortunately, neither were available. The result was that we were placed next to a boardroom. When we return from a very tiring day, we were greeted by a party with loud music and banging on the walls. The bathroom lacked towel bars. The soap containers in the shower had not been refilled.
