Very nice breakfast room! I'm sure kids must have a blast with the pancake machine. The staff at the desk was very friendly and efficient.

My key timed out or maybe I had it next to my phone or something. I asked a one of the ladies who service the rooms if she could let me in the door to reception and she told me I had to use my key. I told her I had to gel another key mine didn't work. She told me to walk around the building

The front desk person was extremely friendly and efficient, and couldn’t have been nicer; however, despite the fact that we arrived around 5:00 PM ( check-in was 3:00 PM), or room was not ready. It wasn’t a huge problem as we were heading to a birthday party nearby, but it meant we had to check in around 10:30 PM when we returned. Unfortunately, there was no parking near our room at that hour, so we had to drag our stuff quite a ways and then navigate the stairs up to our room late in the evening. Now, the room: it was huge (a 2 floor suite complete with a kitchen, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms); however, the entire place has seen better days. It was just worn, stained, scuffed, etc….. It was moderately clean (some stray hair in the sheets, etc…), but it was also just so worn that it was hard to see past that fact. We ended up sleeping in the 2 smaller beds on the main floor as the upstairs loft bedroom with king sized bed was super hot (despite the fact that we set the heat at 67 as we prefer it cool to sleep). But, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and the curtains allowed us to keep it dark (which we prefer for sleeping soundly). We did not nearly utilize this large space as we were simply looking for a night’s stay instead of driving several hours home after the party, but if you had a family, this room would be a fabulous bargain! Again, this property needs some serious work to bring the property up-to-date, but all-in-all it served our needs for a brief stay.
