Love the tub, the rest of the room was ok at best, many other things were not up to standards of the rates that we paid per night

Booked a room with fireplace. It did not work and they knew for a few months it didnt work. Staff tried accommodating but could. Thats the reason we chose that hotel.

They surprise you with a resort fee of $35 for amenities that they do not provide or you do not need. Thus, the advertised price is deceptive.
At check-in, The reception refused to add my loyalty number to for the stay because I booked on booking.com.
