The location was good. That's the only thing that was good about this place

The heat didn't work. We called and they said they would send someone but no one ever came. Thank goodness our friends were in the adjoining room. We had to leave the doors open and get heat from their room. When we went to sleep, we closed the doors for privacy, and woke up to 60 in our room. The plug for the TV kept falling out of the wall. We were not given rooms where we thought we were staying. We were given rooms at an "annex" down the road. It looked like it was monthly rentals. The building was rotting. A community phone was on the outside of the building to reach the office. No phones in the rooms.

I’ve been i the same
location before, but it was under different management . we had to wait for check in outside on cold weather for 20 minutes. the guy wasn’t in the property when we arrived at night. called twice to get him with the key for the room. next day, no service or cleaning the room, no new towels weren’t provided. we had to drive to the other location to get new towels… he never told us that we had to go after him for a simple towel for us to take shower… over all, terrible service..I will call
my Amex to dispute portion of the charge for 2 nights.
