location is good and the hotel is quiet and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. bed was comfy if too small.
Negatives:
I booked a queen room and write up on the rooms said they were extra long beds which was important since it was for a taller man. they put him in a king sized bed room but the bed was so short he had to sleep diagonally to fit on it.
I laid down on it and had 2-3 inches till end of bed and I am only 5'4''.
also, a truck damaged 2 cars in the parking lot first night that he was there. they had no control over that but he was in the lobby the next morning when the owners were told that none of the cameras outside worked so there was no way to say when or who had done it or have any evidence. Luckily he had left his car at my apartment that night but he was so worried about the lack of cameras and the damage he saw that he left his car at my apartment the whole time he stayed there and had me take him to the hotel and pick him up each day.

When I checked out, the receiptent person refused to offer me the invoice. I requested again and they provided me an invoice with ZERO price. I payed a lot of time to call Booking support and finally it was confirmed that they did something wrong and sent me the correct invoice via email. I hope they could train their employee a bit more to avoid such a thing happens again.
