Great breakfast and cocktail hour with courteous helpful staff.
Great to see so many families with young children (is that a weekend special? Very smart.) Also, in a turbulent time, good to see so much diversity in tne guests, everyone polite and getting along.
Also — on a pouring rainy day — convenient to the train to DC.
Parking also a big plus.
Negatives:
One criticism. In the evening, a young family with three kids attempted to eat outside food in the atrium. Staff made them leave, and l think, humiliated the parents. That’s small minded. And other families were eating pizza and McDonalds. Dinners out are expensive with kids and this was unwelcoming. Please rethink it.
There’s a Mexican place my wife and l like and one thing l always admire about it is that they’re really flexible with kids. Let them bring pizza or whatever for a fussy three-year-old who won’t eat enchiladas.
