The process to entry could have been better. The door was initially locked when I arrived and there is no instruction on how to get inside now anywhere to ring a bell or alert anyone that you are here. I called the front desk numerous times but the woman hung up on me and never let me in. It wasn't until later on that I noticed people hitting the wheelchair accessible button to open the doors which doesn't seem proper to me.
Also, the bathroom could have been cleaned a lot better.

This is a very old property, the room smelled if smoke, some persons dog pooped all over the 2nd floor hallway. It was a good price and has free parking

Facilities were not available, we couldn't have more than 4 towels even though there were five of us, eric the manger was very confrontational and rude, the rooms are falling apart and we were blamed for damages due to faulty construction

The location was awesome. It was so easy to access the buses for the metro trains. While being older, it really served the purpose for us.

The only downside was that the older air conditioner was really loud. For a light sleeper that is tough. It worked to cool the room though.

The kitchenette was very large and worked well for us.

There was no way to plug the sinks or tub. There was a bulb missing in the lamp. The one gfi plug in the kitchen did not work at all. One of the bedside lamps did not work. It took 3 times to get new towels and even then I had to beg for them. The bathroom garbage was heaping when we arrived.
