Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Positives:
Availability and cost. Small studio room with cook top, full refrigerator and microwave. Large picturesqued window that you can open. Parking, but not free. Close to 35 bus (free) which takes you to Van Doren Metro station.
Negatives:
Many transients on street, but safe. Make your own ice which we understand most are staying for some time. Luxuries are limited.

Nothing. This was the worst location that we have ever stayed at. The older male that checked us in was extremely rude and gave us a "Completely unclean room." Every inch of the room was used and dirty, including the bedding, towels, kitchen, and floors. It was a nightmare! It also, felt very unsafe. Multiple men walking around in at night and in the parking lot. We complained and part of our money was returned a few days later, because it was so bad. Luckily, Olivia, another employee that came on shift, the following morning, gave us clean linen, but it could not make up for the horror we suffered all night.

Be careful because this "Extended Stay," has two locations in the area. The one we stayed at is the "Landmark Alexandria" location. It is not the "Eisenhower Alexandria" location. It felt so unsafe that we would caution all to look around your surroundings before entering and exiting your vehicle. The older male manager acted as though he didn't care about "Quality customer service.". He had an extremely nasty attitude when we checked in and it was like that his entire shift. We did not fill safe with him at the desk. It's like this company didn't care who was running the " Night" shift. I would not waste my money coming to this location. Also, the "Heater" in the unit was not working, there are "Absolutely" no pots, pans, or utensils to use in the kitchenette. Crazy!
