The location was great. Uber to DC museums was only 15.00. Tje rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby was nice and breakfast was abundant! All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Dirty room. Old worn out furniture and carpet. Dirty linens (towels, bedding had stains) broken elevators. Pool closed for the season (which I guess could be expected but not stated on the website so our group did not get to swim for the birthday)

Front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast had good choices and everything was replenished quickly. Room amenities were excellent.
Negatives:
Our floor was being re-wallpapered. Work began at 8 AM while we were still sleeping, and there was a lingering odor in the hallways. Management accommodated us with one free night, which we felt was appropriate and much appreciated.

That they accept dogs but the fee is too high its highway robbery. The parking is great for the area. The desk people are super friendly for the most part.

The maids seem sad and overworked. One of the women that worked the front desk kind of accused us of not paying for our dogs and loitering when all we wanted to do was use the stairs. One of the elevators where out and alot of smokers

Location was important. It also had a small couch for one of my kids to crash out on. It served a breakfast in the sub-par morning but it was better than nothing. The room itself was clean.
Negatives:
There was trash/dirty dishes piled near the elevators morning & night. The breakfast was a joke; basically microwaved pancakes, flattened tater tots, cheap sausage links, and bulk pastry. The coffee ran out and no one went to make more when staff advised.

The patio and pool were really nice. I like that they had a grill for guest use.

The bed hurt my back, the blankets were terrible, giant stains all over, whirlpool broken,(since 5/12/23)down over 3 months so far, hallways not vacuumed in the 3 days I was there. Numerous things broken, door handles were loose and gross.
