Positives:
Within a five minute walk of the metro. Safe and well-appointed area in Old Town.
Negatives:
Major problems at check-in. No hotel room doors..even with master keys. We were told we might have to seek alternative lodging. Every hotel in the area was full. The front desk crew was apologetic and offered drinks and a snack. We hung in there and finally got into a room 1.5 hours later at 1:30am. The check-in crew waived one night’s resort fee. We weren’t given our booked room, so we had to move again in the morning. The pillows were quite hard, and the heating/ac was a bit noisy. I spoke to the manager and asked if one night could be waived, or a discount extended, I was told she didn’t have the power to do this. I was offered free breakfast for two, which I was grateful for; however, I firmly believe the first night charges should have been waived. The price for three nights was $825.
