Positives:
I have been already here recently and the experience had been much worse. The night staff this time was highly competent, smart and willing to help, which was not the case with my last stay. I believe that the guy that welcomed us upon check-in (and that was at the desk at night for the next few days) deserves a career upgrade.
I had coffee machine in the room, so that I could have breakfast in the room before leaving, just had to stop by once at a supermarket to buy cookies and milk.
Negatives:
Room cleaning is performed upon request. It could be improved. For example, instead of having to book room cleaning at the reception every single time, upon check-in we could declare the room cleaning rate.
