Negatives: Very noisy could hear vacuum running early in the morning stayed on the pull out sofa. We had no blanket for the pull out we asked for one and it was never delivered. Parking was very expensive.

Negatives: The customer service from the front desk at both night shift and day shift. Everything that was asked felt like an inconvenience to them and we were treated as a bother. Very unacceptable as someone who wakes up every day excited to serve there country just to return to this treatment. Also, treated my father a retired soldier with disdain. Very disappointed because I really enjoyed the stay, but the people makes or breaks the trip.

Positives: There's 2 free drinks per guest from 5pm to 6pm

Negatives: Parking is about $46 per night. You're better off not having a car. Pets are allowed but at a cost of $75 per night. The fees here make you want to find somewhere else to stay.

Positives: The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Negatives: Our room faced the road and it was so very loud. All night long we were awoken by traffic. For the price we paid, we should’ve been able to get a decent nights sleep. The bed was hard as a rock - no comfort at all. The refrigerator didn’t work. The list could go on.
