Eating breakfast from plastic plates and cutlery is not only unpleasant. It is a disaster from an environmental perspective. The food itself was average. Whilst the room and facilities were fair, the value for money is poor.

I had to ask daily for the trash to be taken put and for new towels. I was told, "We only service rooms every 4 days." When asked to have your room serviced there appear to be an attitude particularly from one front desk attendant who is light skinned black female. She did not wear a badge so I don't know her name. She was rude to me each time I asked to have the room refreshed. She would hold up 4 fingers and say we only refresh rooms every 4 days. I have never experienced this type of service at any other hotel.

The room was very weirdly set up - it looked more like a hallway than a room, the bed was very small and uncomfortable. The room was towards the street and it was very noisy. The breakfast area was very small and crowded. I had no place to sit.
