It is a Hilton so you expect certain standards but they did not clean the room the first night. I called down stairs and they said that they will not clean unless we ask I let him know that for the next day I would like it cleaned. So the next day their idea of cleaning was to haphazardly throw the bedspread up sort of like my kids did. They put clean towels and that was it. They did not refill the coffee center or vacuum the floors. I want to know when Hilton changes their standards?
