Super comfy bed, clean hotel, great breakfast, and great location!
Breakfast is very good. Location is closed to supermarket. It is convenient to have utensil, pans and pots in the kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Free shuttle to subway is also very nice.

The fact that the metro station was easily accessible.
1- The housekeeping was not done at all in the three days we stayed at this room. Even for just furnishing soap, toilet paper or towels. Had to go get those things myself. When asked at the reception they said that we had to put the tag outside our door, but we did not have a certain tag at our room (just the do not disturb). And the staff at the reception was not worried at all even when I told about my disappointment in this regard.
2- The couch that was supposed to accomodate two persons was not prepared as a bed. Had to do it ourselves with sheets we found in a zip-bag in the closet. The sheets were put in a messy style and not ironed at all which did not give us the feeling of using clean sheets.
3- The staff did not give me the feeling of a warm welcome. They were ready to respond when asked for help but not that happy to assist you which I expect in this type of hotels.
4- In particular the shuttle service that the hotel had included to take guests at the metro station was served by not an appointed driver but whoever was free at the time from the staff. They had fixed times every half hour, and did not accomodate in other times even if there were many guests waiting outside. If asked for service outside the h:00 or h:30 the response was very cold about the fixed rule. Of all the drivers only one was the exception that had always a smile and took us with pleasure even further than the metro station. The hotel must be proud of him.

The fact that the room was meant to accomodate 6 persons and 2 of them were supposed to sleep on a folding bed couch, which in turn was not prepared from the housekeeping but we had to do it ourselves having all the items put in a messy style in a zip bag. The sheets were not ironed at all and it looked like we had to arrange for sleeping like we were in camping.

Very clean and quiet
The mattress needs to be changed. I felt as if I were sleeping in a concavity, a big “depression” in the mattress, I could feel where the inner springs were located. Room was a bit dated. I stayed there as my father was being inurned at Arlington National cemetery in the morning. For as costly as the room was, parking should have been included.
Mattresses need replacement.
