The location was great! Could walk to restaurants and the Metro.

The only major issue was the room. The bed was very uncomfortable! The pull out sofa was terrible! The room just needed some repairs done to it as well.

Good breakfast. Loved the hot potato sides. Having 2 waffle makers definitely helped. Extra counter area to take care of hot drinks at any hour of the day. Across from a splash park. Parking in a garage that had access to hotel elevator.
Negatives:
Wished there was a better view of the city monuments. Parking spaces were extremely tight.
