Close to Metro Station. The check-in staff was very accommodating.
Negatives:
Overpriced breakfast. The shuttle driver dropped the first group at Southwest check-in. Dropped us off a few feet ahead at a baggage claim instead of circling to take us to Delta check-in. Hard for me since I use a cane and have limited walking ability.

Very comfortable and quiet room. Extremely convenient to the airport with frequent shuttle service.

I loved that the hotel was super clean, smelled good upon entering the room. The lighting was great in the bathroom and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The only thing we didnt care for during our stay was that you can hear people very clearly in the hallway and lots of doors shutting

The parking was pricey 47 dollars a day is steep and they didn't have complimentary breakfast that's bad look for a luxury hotel when I went to basic ones and hot better service I don't see myself staying here again.

something in the hotel made this loud noise every 25 seconds. Like a bucket of water had been poured down the wall and collected in a drain slowly. Then, right when it was quiet it would all happen again.

Its updated, professional and appointed lobby. Its upscale bar and restaurant that allow for elegant or professional meetings. Also, the wall-to-wall glass wall window in my room allowed for an exceptional view - Keep the curtains open!

Location. But its not the same experience as in years past.

Stayed here many times but was given a bad room on the 3rd floor despite not many hotel guests. 3rd floor rooms have slit style windows whereas most rooms have bigger windows. Depressing. Odd shape. Stains on desk. Thin walls. Suggest Marriott Gateway.

Positives:
The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Check in was a breeze. The location is not too far from DC, Pentagon City Mall or various food spots in the Crystal City Area. Parking in the garage is available but theres also street parking available (which is free on weekends).
Negatives:
The rooms do not have microwaves. There is a microwave on the first floor that is available though.
