Positives:
It was very clean , relaxing , peaceful and convenient to alot of places . We didn’t really have to drive too far for food nor entertainment
Negatives:
It was just a minor incident with the gentleman at the front desk telling my husband and myself on Sunday we didn’t pay when we were there ever since Friday . We tried to tell him we did pay and how it was a hold on our card as well as trying to show him it was a hold on it on my husband’s bank statement but still insisted we pay another $400 .

Sometime in the night , I heard loud banging fo doors being closed and opened and also people talking and shouting on the road below ? ( I was on the 9th floor !!). Woke up and could not sleep.
The when the adjacent room shower is on - i could hear it pretty bad.

Positives:
The staff was exceptional - very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Hotel and room was great and I got a very good deal on Booking.com for a nice big room with a king bed in 4 star hotel. It was 1 block away from the Metro on the yellow line, which made it easy to get to all tourist destinations, and 1 Metro stop away from DCA airport. Although the area is mainly office buildings and condos, I found cafes very close by and there are other restaurants not too far.
Negatives:
The walk from the Metro - although one block - took you under a bridge where homeless people would sometimes sleep. I didn't necessarily feel unsafe by myself but it's something to be aware of, especially at night as it wasn't very well lit.
