The customer service was decent. They were able to accomodate our travel with a dog.
Negatives:
We were initially given a room that was not clean (had been slept in, bed unmade, etc.). I went down to the desk and they gave us another room with no problem. However, the new room was not clean either. There was hair in the shower on the walls & floor
Positives:
The rooms were very spacious. Lobby area was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful at front desk. Cookies and coffee were available and fresh.
Negatives:
The ice machine was missing from the 7th floor, looked as though it had been removed completely. Although the location of the hotel is great, our room location was facing the interstate and all our could hear while I was trying to sleep was truck traffic.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Nice bathroom with good water pressure.

No continental breakfast. We did eat in the restaurant for breakfast. The service was slow and the food not very good.

Elevator is old with malfunctioning automatic doors.
There's no spot to hang towels or cloths in the restroom.
The shower has quirks: tepid water at best and the controls are reversed. Turning it to "hot" results in cold water.
