when i checked in, i was told they had overbooked and i was given a room on second floor, with a broken elevator. was a challenge bringing my bags up the 17 stairs. this was not mentioned when i booked.

During check in i was told fridge in the room is broken but hey i am staying only one night, right ? This was receptionist behave. Then i am offered 3rd floor room, no problem normally but here is the catch, elevator was not working.

The room was infested with roaches I was in room 128 there was roaches coming from the hallway from the adjoining door all over the floor they were on the table. Me and my partner could not take it so we had to leave did not stay the entire stay.

Of the room was full of roaches infested with roaches they said they would give me a full refund but have it yet to see it and they held an extra $100 so I end up paying --- they said they would give me a full refund yet to see it! How can I get my money

Checked out at 5:45am and there was no staff in the office, no coffee, no breakfast and worst of all NO SHUTTLE available and I paid another 50 dollars for an Uber to the airport.

The room was nice and clean. But it was smelly ever after using air fresher it was smelly.

There was no water bottle coffee and tea in the room at all and not even cups for drinking. No hair dryer. Since I was there two nights I never get water bottles in the lobby and in the room as well. And included breakfast was unexpected something and tricky.Which is just like snacks. No much choices either. So we had to buy breakfast too.
