Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Breakfast was unexpected. Salomon at the Front Desk was especially helpful in accommodating some special requests. Great location with a world-class bakery only steps away, close to Costco (with gas station), and WalMart for last-minute items.
Negatives:
I forgot to report that the shower aparatus handle that adjusts the temperature is broken in Room 307. The entire handle aparatus needs to be replaced. Also, it would be helpful if the refrigerator door was swapped to open on the right side.

Room 220 have lingering cigarette smoke smell. Room 222 have broken shower head and nonfunctional stove.The 50USD reimbursement each room due to this issue assured by the receptionist the day after(Oct 12) is only a lie.

Dirty & unkept. Smelled terrible - the entire place reeked of a particulary pungent cleaner (at least I hope that's what that odor was). Had an in-house laundromat that took my money and refused to function.

The staff was nice and the overall price was a good deal for a place to sleep for 4 nights.
Negatives:
The room smelled terrible, and you had to wait to go nose blind after some time. The floors were sticky, the stove was not marked very well to tell if it was on or off. There were cockroaches in the bathroom.
