Negatives:
Pillows were unbearable. Both guests agreed. Too flat for one, and two was even more uncomfortable. Beds weren’t firm enough. Lobby coffee was cold at 10:00am. No water refill stations as a courtesy. Also the minimal tip for valet was $5. This is not appropriate given the mandatory $25 valet fee. Each in and out adds $10. That’s price gouging.
