After Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 14, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Sink was dirty under the faucet, hair and stains in shower. Toilet not functioning correctly. Thermostat wouldn’t change temp (78 is HOT!) Found dental floss on the couch by the TV (that a nice thing to touch).
