Everything would have been great but due to the heat in our room not working it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We contact the front dest and maintenance multiple times and they were so nice told us they would handle the situation. Hours went past and still no heat. on the last call they sent someone up to look at it and he basically told us once again he would help us get some heat in our room and offered extra blankets. We couldn’t use the Pool because the room had no heat. we went and waited in the car several time making store runs in hopes the heat would work but nothing ever came so it was around 2:30am that we decided to try and get some rest to leave at check out. I truly loved the hotel and really do wish to revisit at a time were we wont be deprived of heat.
