I was very disappointed and inconvenienced about the tea selection. I wished they had a basic black tea ( not earl grey). If you’re unable to carry Lipton, orange pekoe is an excellent option. I had to go out and buy a box of tea for my stay.

Upon arrival, no acknowledgment of being a Hilton Honors member…no welcome bag..no water..no upgrade. A luggage carrier was not available.. was given a rolling table from the lobby.
The room was dirty..remote covered with grease…
scalding water from sink and shower..iron didn’t work.
Followed signs to the pool but there was no pole.

We had a handicapped shower…. The design is just not good, the bathroom remains messy and wet… which of course increases the likelihood of “insects”
