The fact that they switched my room after my family member called and complained because the first room was horrible.
Negatives:
Being told that my room had been cleaned when it was clearly filthy and had items left from the previous guests, stains, and dirt on the floor. The fact that my dog could open the front door because of the lock design, so I had to take her everywhere with me. Not being allowed to bring my dog into the lobby when the motel was supposed to be dog friendly. People talking loudly outside my room at night, making my dog bark (not the motel's fault). Being told they were going to call the pound on my emotional support dog because she figured out how to open the door. P
