Breakfast was acceptable with cereal, milk, bagels, an individually wrapped pastry, apple & oranges & juice & coffee.
Negatives:
The shower water was warm, not hot. It could have been much warmer. Inside the room the extra door latch was broken on room 104. The bathroom ceiling had some peeling. I did not see instructions for the TV and channels, but eventually figured it out. But the Hallmark Channel was wavy at times - like over the air TV is when the wind blows.

Good thing I always carry some Lysol disinfectant wipes with us. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet had long dark hair all over it and the seat was just not clean. The tub also had hair in it. I knew it's not a 5 star hotel, but needs to be way better

There was no breakfast supplied and there was no staff to clarify when it would be offered. Other clients were in the area where we had been told breakfast would be available from 6-10 on check in. When asked and they indicated there was nothing.
