It was very dirty, there was still used items from the people before us. The floor was sticky and dirty and our bathroom was disgusting. I was excited to come stay with red roof again because we have had great experiences before but I will not book with this specific one again.

Horrible stay, run clogged Water backed up. Was told all the ros we're booked up. However the room right next to me was VISIBLY UNOCCUPIED. After a stare down of nothing happening I asked for another room. I inspected the room where it was can't on the floor hair in the tub as well as the shower/tub having the same clogging issue. As well as the stopper being stuck. I have pics and videos as the manager lied about issuing a refund to BOOKING.COM and left me to seek a full refund fr my card holder. I wouldn't stay here if even I was to become homeless. The breakfast is stale out of day muffins and dry molded bread. Coffee that tastes like mop water it's just a waste of money. If u need a place to let your pets rests this is it!!!
Otherwise GO NEXT DOOR, ITS BETTER THERE .

bed was very clean and comfortable. room was clean.
Negatives:
property was difficult to find. was way in back. no trolley/cart to move your things to the room. Continental breakfast was sub-par. Front desk person was not at the desk. Had to ring for her. was given a handicap room but I’m not handicapped. No freezer compartment in fridge. Bathroom sink was spraying water on my feet from below counter.
