Positives: Nothing

Negatives: The staff was very uncaring about the shower there was a shampoo bottle in the shower and it looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned. Also went to the desk and asked the sheets and got a blanket and was blown off about actually getting sheets the woman on the desk was talking to her boyfriend in Spanish and she started talking Spanish before he even got to her and I felt like she was talking about me I do not speak Spanish and found it rude. My friend and I would not very pleased it all with our stay there I don't think I'll ever go to another La Quinta suites.. we couldn't even get fresh sheets the bed looked like that hadn't been changed either. Upon check out when I tried to speak to the day clerk and mention the sheets his response was that there is a charge for incidentals. Well clean sheets are not incidentals in my mind. I also inquired multiple times about why there was a $50 price difference between what I booked it at and what I was charged did respond to that is for incidentals and that would be credited back to my account. Overall it was one of my worst hotel experiences today and I have stayed in a lot

Positives: The breakfast was very good. Selection of food items available was excellent.

Negatives: We could not use the shower as it was dirty and there was an unfinished ceiling repair above the tub. Also we booked for a party of 6 and were only provided amenities for 3 and a half. In addition to the above there were also cockroach s in the bathroom.
