The elevator is like a frozen freezer. The carpet in the hallways and rooms are dirty! The shower had hair on the wall and hair was in the bed...yuck!

The room was modern, clean, and roomy. I also deeply appreciated the carpet as some hotel are moving towards cheap linoleum floors, which are cold and uninviting. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was in my room and someone from staff just walked in, no knock on the door. The kids ran up and down the halls knocking on doors. In the morning there were no carts after several trips I mentioned to front deck and she told they were in the stairwell.

The room key did not work, and we had to go to the front desk or ask a maid, or even call my wife to try her key. This happened at least 10 times. We could have given this hotel a 10, but because of the room key situation, we can only give it a 4 !!!

Breakfast had a decent selection, instant oatmeal and bananas di the trick. Location was great, grocery across the street and some food options. Room bedding was lovely.

Front desk staff was stodgy, not very welcoming, seemed a little put out to have to greet you.
