Front desk staff was not all that friendly, acting as if they were doing me a favor checking me in.

No mini-mart in hotel (and nothing near where I could get anything on foot).

As compared to the typical expectations with Westin branch(which is for high end hotel), it has worst sound proof…i had to tolerate loud music from both adjacent rooms. Also paid parking fee for 10 dollars every entry regardless you stay short or long…is very unreasonable

40 years ago, I was the front desk supervisor when this was the Ramada Hotel Tysons corner ( the street is still called Ramada Road ). I wanted to see how it had changed besides the new brand. It had more than doubled in size and I am sure it has been redecorated a dozen times since then. Same old elevators and the food was still middlin. Very nice however, great staff. It's all a bit more posh.

There's a fee for WIFI (really?) There's a fee for parking. This hotel isn't in Georgetown, it's across the street from a shopping mall. The parking fee is a bit much. The Breakfast Buffet is $21 a head; I have had better (much better) free hotel breakfasts .
