Entrance door was broke, got stock in smoking because our room was under repair, no breakfast, elevator to 3 floor was broke for 2 days, difficult access to get to hotel.

The full size refrigerator and the size of the room.

I didn't like the unfriendliness of the staff, behind the counter and housekeeping service. The annoying buzzing fire alarm going off when I was checking in. The elevator on the third floor not working had to use the stairwell.

Disgusting. Dirty. Run down . Missing most appliances it said it came with . They Did NOT have the room I paid for in advance. Gave me a nasty one bed SMOKING room instead. Dead bugs . POOP on toilet seat. The tv hue was stuck BLUE . The towels & shower had long hairs all over. I was better off saving my $185 & getting a $40 motel 6 in probably better condition then this . I traveled 2 hrs from home & every other hotels were all booked so I couldn't even go else where at 11 at night. That's the environment me and my kids ( one with severe asthma & forced to a smoking room ) had to settle with .. yuck .
