Positives: Staff was welcoming. We took the opportunity to try the menu the staff provided on the counter and tried vincelli (sp?) pizza parlor. It was great cauliflower pizza right to our room. The room was very clean and smelled clean sanatized and fresh. The king bed was very comfortable and got a great night sleep. We admired the beautiful landscaped property too. Very attractive.

Negatives: One thing the brand of gourmet coffee offered in the room and coffee in lobby wasnt that great. It was bitter.

Positives: No breakfast but location was fine. I MUST give a shout out to Sil, who was at desk when I arrived. He managed successfully to straighten out my problem booking. It took nearly an hour to correct the problem. After that, he up graded my room type. Much thanks Sil !!.

Negatives: The customer service rep. didn’t understand the Reservation issue I was having. Reservation was made 30mins prior to my arrival. However, the Sil never received it.
