My room was a non-smoking room and it was kept in better repair than my friends' room which was a smoking room. There are no rugs on the floor which helps the floors to look and feel cleaner. The bathroom was clean and the beds were relatively comfortable.
Negatives:
Checking in and out took more time than was necessary because there wasn't always someone at the counter. I rang the bell on the desk and there was no answer. I called out and someone yelled back, but I still had to wait for someone to return to the office.
