Red Roof Inn Fredericksburg South

Negatives: The room was REALLY dirty. There was mold everywhere, including inside the refrigerator.

Negatives: Tv service

Negatives: The owner and staff, with the exception of the night clerk when we checked in were very rude and mean.

Negatives: All the bedding was disgusting, covered in hair,pubic and head , and stained. When I shook it out outside so much dust and dead akin came off a lot of the bedding which makes me wonder how many times it's been used and not washed. Pee on the floor next to the toilet and on the back of the toilet. Peep hole was sticking out. The room sharing door looks like it's been kicked in a few times didn't feel safe at all. Layers of dust over the lights and frames. Rust all over the hinges and metal security parts of the door. A/c unit looked pretty beat up worked fine though scared to see what the filter looked like. If it wasnt 930 at night after a 17 hour drive we would've just left and gotten another hotel. As it is I shook out the bedding best I could and then had the kids sleep in sleeping bags on top of it. Also was billed as a non smoking room and you could smell nothing but smoke and the comforter had cigarette burns on it. Completely unsanitary and really hoping none of us get anything from it. Also not as important but not enough pillows and the ones they give are small and useless. I've stayed at many a red roof inn and usually love them even stayed at the red roof at Fredericksburg north and enjoyed that 1 fine.

Negatives: Traffic is on a main road and can be a little tricky to get into if you don't know where to turn. None of which is the hotel's fault.

Negatives: Hi good afternoon, I took the survey but I needed to know when I'ma be refunded for the $50 cleaning fee when I check in some guy said I would get it back. The room wasn't up to par as in.... Under toilet seat was a few hairs, dirt and stuff. Poor drainage in the shower, and really need a plastic covering on the inside of the shower to prevent water from getting everywhere. Soda stain or drink stains of some sort on the wall where the TV stand is. Candy wrappers behind the bed. One roll toilet paper. Broken and peeling lamp shades. Ashes in the drawers by the microwave. Bathroom doors so filthy. Telephone was built up with like grease and wet dust, ac unit had dust build up. I'd also appreciate the consideration of refunding one night stay at the room it was a special night and i wanted to Lysol everything. Build up dirt or maybe black mold behind the front door.  Thank you kindly  I would honestly like a full refund. It was my birthday weekend and a special time for me and my significant other. I appreciate it.

Negatives: The bugs, the dirt, the wonky outlets, the lack of outlets.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The chair was stained, you could see right under the door to the outside the room smelled like someone spilled a bottle of ax cologne. They did give us a better room however the chair in that room was still stained

Negatives: The place was dirty beyond all belief, inside and out.
