Positives: Layout of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The majority of the staff was friendly.
Negatives: The entire floor had a slight aroma of weed and my room had a slight aroma of cigarettes. The entire facility seemed dated and the water pressure needs to seriously addressed.

Positives: My room was very clean. Having a full-sized fridge was great for my 6 night stay. The hot water was very hot. Location is very convenient to the Coliseum and Convention Center; in good weather you could walk. Hotel is pet-friendly; be prepared for barking. Parking is tight, but adequate.
Negatives: If you need anything, from towels to a fork, you must ask at the front desk. The desk personnel are not particularly helpful. There was a single luggage cart with one mangled wheel, so it was useless. "Breakfast" was 2 urns of coffee, granola bars muffins and packets of instant oatmeal. There are no sidewalks on the sides of the hotel, and the single handicapped ramp is situated so that you must walk (or wheel) in the street to reach it. The front door is unlocked 24/7, so if the front desk clerk steps away, anyone can walk in. While my actual room was clean and comfortable, the public areas and staff training need attention.

Positives: I liked the location and the vending machines. Also the staff was helpful.
Negatives: The lighting in the room could have been better. Also, the fan in the bathroom was very loud. There were also no utensils for cooking.

Negatives: The hallways smelled like urine, and the sheets had hair in it, but overall it was okay. Not a bad stay

Positives: We had a place to sleep other than a car for a night.
Negatives: The breakfast was literally a granola bar and microwave oatmeal. The staff were not welcoming when I was checking in and had a service dog with me . I booked online and did two rooms. When I asked for them to be next to each other they acted like it was a big deal. They also made me feel like my family that included 3 special needs kiddos was an in convenience. They stuck us on the 3rd floor near the back door and we had to use the stairs to try and get 3 kids with disabilities and a service dog up the stairs. We stayed one night because we had no other option and moved the next morning.
