The room was extremely dirty, the entry light was burnt out the refrigerator was dirty, the exterior window was fifthly,, the mirror was streaked, and the desk clerk actually told people to ignore the handicap parking signs and "go ahead and park in those spots" my husband has pictures of the aforementioned articles

In the first room they put us in the A/C was so loud we couldn't hear anything
In the second room, the A/C was loud but not as loud
the entrance rug was wet and smelt
the hallway had a moldy smell

Positives:
The location was good. There are several food and shopping options within walking distance.
Negatives:
It was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom. Cobwebs all around. Bathroom sink didnt work. There was no breakfast (not even prepackaged snacks). The towels are stained. Staff tried to open my door an hour before checkout without knocking. This was bad.

Very outdated and really dirty. Sheets were NOT changed. Slept over the sheet with bath towel over the pillow as this was the only clean piece of fabric in this room. Really bad experience after 18 hours in heavy and stopped traffic.... Not too much rest.

The location was close to where I needed to be. It was close to restaurants and stores.

I didn’t like the fact that the linen had spots on them from a previous stay so I brought my own this stay.

The cockroach in the bathroom above my shower. And the fact my sink was clogged up the whole time. The housekeeper pour draino into it and left me the plunger to try and unclog it. Also had water dump on our head from room upstairs that was only watering a plant.
