location was good. Had parking for a large truck and car carrier. Room was clean.

Breakfast wasn't very good. Very little selection. The bread was hard, cereal was stale and the milk was sour. No butter for the bread or muffins.

It was clean and well kept up.
Negatives:
They said they had a hot breakfast but they had no food. All they had was cereal and bagels. There was no food for gluten free or dairy free individuals. The water fountain ran out of water and there was no water to drink. The breakfast was so awful that I have thought about how bad it was many times since my stay. If you like to go hungry and have no food that you can eat and be happy about then this breakfast is fine. But for me I would have even been ok with some fruit and water but sadly that was too much to ask for.
