The room was clean and most everything was in very good condition. Also, the breakfast was very nice as was the staff.

I found a cockroach climbing up the wall of my room on the third floor. I caught it, brought it to the front desk, and talked to the overnight staff member in which he nonchalantly responded, "so, what do you want me to do about it?" The staff member tried to gaslight me by telling me the bug wasn't a cockroach, when it obviously was, and that I shouldn't be scared or grossed out by it. The staff member also stated "you should see how many I have at my house" implying that he has an infestation in his personal residence.
I requested for a new room on the fourth floor which was granted, but I was greeted by an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell when it should have been a non-smoking room. I tried to air out the room by leaving the entrance door and window wide open, but the smell wouldn't go away. Since it was past midnight, I didn't want to switch rooms again so I reluctantly had to go to sleep.
Breakfast is also cheap and very disappointing.
