Positives: I was checked into dirty room.It was freezing and I am homeless.Not only that I left all my identification and debit cards etc.The front desk guy retrieved it.He is the AGM by the way.Had to call the police and they refused to compensate me anything.Said since I didn't book through them I had to settle that with you guys.So I would love if someone could reach out to me
