It was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There were hairs in the bathtub. There were different peoples hair on my actual sheets. It felt so scuzzy that I literally did not want to touch anything. I was really taking it back and surprised that for almost $100. It looked like that the bathtub was all tore up to. Ill never ever ever be going back. It was so gross. I didn’t even wanna touch the doorhandle and the floor wasn’t even swept. The corners were full of dust and hair.

The bed was kind of soft and the AC worked

Bathroom was disgusting and essentially unwashed, stains in and around the sink. The floor was sticky, the primary light switch didn’t work, the bathtub had chipped away and smelled unwashed, the water was brown in the shower. The smell of the toilet made me vomit. The stovetop was filthy and the inside of the cabinets was dirty and had hairs everywhere. The fridge was more like a warm box and the freezer functioned about as good as a fan with half melted ice cubes in front of it. The breakfast was coffee and biscuits. For over $100 I’d expect at least a functional and clean bathroom.

When the AC was running, it smelled like cigarettes. Simeon on property was smoke weed and we smelled that too. My husband’s shoes stuck to the floor making a very loud sound whenever he walked in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was not comfortable at all.

The staff was friendly and the hotel (motel) is a short distance from the subway. That was really positive.
Negatives:
I expected more from the accommodation. But I didn't feel safe there. At night I thought there was someone behind the door, there was a noise. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, dirty floor - I think someone spilled something sweet. For breakfast they only give you a coffee, a muffin and some bread.

Outside areas were unkept. walkways to all the rooms were filthy. Room was terrible. The closet rack was falling apart. The door had tape it. It looked like hacking tape, brown packing tape around the edges of it. I guess to keep air in or out I don’t know, but it looks horrible.
The only way I would stay there again is if it was under $75

I didn't like the location of the room I was initially given. I found a room I preferred and asked if it was available. It was available and the staff changed me to the new room. I enjoyed my stay there immensely. Perfect location for the workshop I was attending down the street.

I am upset that my husband booked the reservation online and paid for the room via the site while I was on the plane, even contacting the hotel about late checkin. I arrived and was told the room hadn’t been paid for and was asked to pay for it again. However, we now believe we were both charged for the same booking and that leaves me feeling taken advantage of. When I book via booking.com, I should be able to trust that the vendors hotels you contract with have some integrity or that there are safeguards to prevent this from happening.
