The staff was amazing from the time we walked through the door. Tyesha greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She even made sure we settled in our room. The bed was comfy, good water pressure during my shower, and the breakfast was yummy. Plus is was close to Fort Gregg Adams!

This location had not been recently renovated, which meant that the furniture was of better quality than other Hamptons we stayed at on our trip. Staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
This hotel seemed to be understaffed and the staff inadequately trained. The woman at the check-in desk when we arrived was new and having computer trouble with the couple checking in ahead of us. She had no one to help her, and therefore we had to wait quite a while for what should have been a quick and easy process. When we went to check out, we were told here was no record of us in the computer, even though our reservation was ready for us at check-in.

Exceptional hotel and Wonderful Staff!!!
Positives:
Miss Bella was really nice. I met her at the customer service desk. she even texted me about 15 minutes after I got in and asked how everything was. I really enjoyed that. Miss Diana, who I met Saturday morning, gave everybody baskets of appreciation of water. And little snacks and chips before we left for our day.

Hotel uses Fabulosa brand cleaning product in every guest room. The smell was overwhelming , I left with a sinus infection and unable to breath easily. I asked to change rooms and was told it would be the same in every room.

Whole in the cieling, black mold on the cieling, the wall was water saturated, chose motel because it said it had a spa and did not. Said there was a coffee and tea maker there was not, it was a unusable type of coffee pot.
