The worst thing is that there were ants in the room on the 3rd floor!
Upon checking into the hotel, we were told and thereby scared that we were lucky that our reservation remained, because another time, our reservation of this brand of hotel could be canceled. I think they lied to me that we were lucky, just because we paid for the hotel in advance.
Entrance to each staircase from which you can climb to your floor, they are all from the street.
In the bathroom, the shower door from the bottom is not attached and dangles.
Faucet water pressure is very low.
The air conditioner did not turn off with the button, I had to unplug it from the outlet.
The room stinks of damp because the windows don't open.

I didn’t like the miscommunication between your company and the hotel. We paid you money for the room and then the hotel called me to tell me that you made a mistake and that they did not have a room available. Not having luck getting refund from you. Will never use your company again and am telling friends.
