We came here to watch my son graduate at Fort Gregg-Adams, Navy. The room looked updated and clean, the beds only had two pillows, but were comfortable. The furniture (chairs) were stained and barely together. My son checked us in early, and we had driven 12 hours straight, so he paid half of the daily rate extra for early arrival/late departure. Come the next morning, we started having knocks on the door at 10:30. No big deal, we had a good bit to pack up. One of my teens wanted a shower. I sat out on the concrete to give him some privacy, left the patch in the door and was talking to another customer when the manager comes up, knocks on the door *quickly* and opens it wide. I said, “Whoa, that’s our room. Can I help you? “He said that “check out is at 11.” I explained to him that my son paid for early/late check out, to which he insisted that our check out was at 11. I was more creeped out by him busting in on a naked teen than anything.
We’ve at hotels across the nation, high-quality and low-quality, and this one is, by far, the worst we’ve staid at for just this reason. There are no phones in the rooms, so they can’t call you. Odd. The guy was absolutely rude, and even intrusive.

We got a smoke free room , yet it smelled so much like smoke . We had dirty towels in the bathroom , there were small roaches roaming around and the floors were DIRTY not swept nor moped and it seems like the go weeks without moping

Towels were filthy. Asked for different towels and they loterally gave me 1 for a 4 person room. Had to go multiple times to get keys redone as they wouldn't work. No remote to TV so could even use it.
