Bed was comfortable; Bathroom was clean. Liked there was a microwave and fridge in the room. It was centrally located to my destination. Staff was friendly
Negatives:
Staff initially gave me a room key for someone else's room, blamed it on the computer system showing the person as a no show when in fact the guest was there. Staffed apologized and fixed the problem. The fridge in the room smelled before I turned the fridge on. The room door wasn't sealed and let cold air in and the lock mechanism was loose. The door locked, but didn't like how it was still lose and didn't feel safe.

Still waiting on a refund of $102.73 for room 217. The rooms had at least 10+ Box bugs in each room. My parents went to another hotel to stay. I stayed at this hotel. AC/heater units were not on at time of check-in, missing parts in the vent grill and rooms were warm due to high temps outside. Turned on the AC to AC High and coldest setting around 5 pm Friday, Oct. 27. After running continuously till next morning, the room was slightly cooler and the bathroom was still warm. Beds were not very comfortable. Stayed on 2nd floor in room 218. Floor above creaked and cracked under every footstep from the patron staying above on the 3rd floor. My floor even creaked and cracked. The Start button on the microwave would not turn it on. Stale donuts were served for breakfast. One bite and it was thrown away. Cheap hotel and got what I paid for. Will never stay here again. Would recommend major renovation at this location.

The room has bugs all over the window, sheets were turned inside out and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, had previous persons towel hanging on the door and 3 out of the 4 bathroom towels had black things on it
