Negatives: Breakfast was awful and early.

Negatives: The room looked very dirty. Not sure if it was dirty or just very old but it didn’t look like the pictures on the website. The tub was peeling, wallpaper peeling and stained. The shower had maybe 3 minutes worth of hot water. There was a party and could hear the music until very late. Booked this hotel months in advance for my dad’s birthday and considered asking for a refund and going elsewhere in the middle of the night. Not worth the money.

Negatives: The facilties are dated but the rooms are remodeled. Breakfast was kinda odd. It was in 2 guest rooms. 1 side had food and other was seating. All the breakfast food was microwaved except the waffles. You could make them fresh. They are trying and that's what counts. Wasn't a deal breaker.

Negatives: 1st room toilet not flushing. Was asked if I'd like to change rooms. Duh!! Bathtub, peeling, cracked, tiles discolored (black). People hanging out in parking lot at night. 2nd room only slightly better bathroom. Tub still peeling, tiles black and brown in grout in spots, dirt behind faucets, water puddling by bathroom sink. Strange odor coming from air conditioner, had to turn it off. Both rooms very dark. Staff didn't seem surprised by any complaints they received. Breakfast was microwaved and placed in chafing dish in the lobby when there was a perfectly good dining room not in use. 1 room 2 night's 2 different prices both weeknights.

Negatives: Was dated and had thin walls!

Negatives: There were several giant bugs in the room at night after we returned from a concert. Either giant cockroach or beetles. We packed our bags and left immediately. It was very upsetting. The parking lot adjacent our room around the back was not well lit at all.

Negatives: A/c was really old. It did its job, which is the important part, but the buttons were caved in.

Negatives: Barking dog in early morning, but staff handled it quickly.
