Positives: Good location and this is the only positive thing about this hotel.

Negatives: Old musty smell. We had to open the door for an hour to let fresh air in. Found an old used towel hanging and an old used soap bar on the sink. The a/c unit was loud. Beddings was basic and mattress was substandard. There’s no kitchen utensils no dishes, so the kitchenette is useless.

Positives: The room was clean and in a great location. In the room they initially gave me the fridge wasn't working. When I called the front desk, the guy working was very polite and helpful and searched around for a room that would be really close so I wouldn't have to move all my stuff far. He also came all the way up to the room to give me the new key which I appreciated. When I went to breakfast the first morning the lady working there was very friendly and helpful when I asked about the coffee. Also, when I called for a late checkout on the last day, they allowed me to do this with no issue and so I was able to get done what I needed. I wish I could remember their names to put them here, but I don't. Overall I thought the staff were very nice.
