I arrived at the property to be informed that Booking overbooked then and they had no rooms available. Although, the money was instantly drafted off of my account it took more than 5 days to receive a refund.

The gentlemen at the first desk was very nice, and knew his job vey helpful he was a pleasure. I wish I remembered his name but you should be able to see that from check in I had a total of 2 rooms.

however the owners, management need to upgrade this hotel. The carpet is disgusting in the hallways smells bad, the room was not cleaned properly. I was an Executive housekeeper for 14 years. This hotel attraction on the outside the parking lot was dirty with trash. It needs an overall makeover. The coffee was available but did not have cups waiting on more to come in, I had to use my mug from the dishwasher to go downstairs to get coffee.
