The lady Karen was horrible and rude at the desk. She messed up my reservations and charged my card 3x and got rude and cancelled me reservation without fixing the issues. Was told I’ll get a free night but point received wasn’t even enough for an night

It was dirty. My room had sticky stuff on the tables, trash on the floor, and food in the sofa bed. I was changed rooms and the same result. I just cleaned it myself. We were ready to relax
